The best experiences sit at the intersection of human needs and business viability. My role is to find that intersection and design something clear, testable, and durable.
With a background spanning management consulting, agency strategy, and in-house product design, I bring systems-level thinking to problems that often get solved screen by screen. I'm most useful when the problem is still being defined.
